It’s (nearly) time – and our new website is now LIVE!
ConFuzzled registration is coming very soon! How soon?
📢 REGISTRATION OPENS 8PM, 7TH SEPTEMBER!
-
- All registration types (residential, non-residential and day-tickets) will be available
- The window for submitting a residential registration (room space lottery application) will be two weeks
- We aim to advise you of the outcome of the lottery early October
- Payment deadline for everyone approved in October will be Monday 2nd November
- For two-person rooms, be sure to set up your room-share in the registration system*
- Also important: Remember that both sharing partners must register for the same dates (early/late add-ons must be selected for both if you want either or both of these!).
IMPORTANT: For those new to ConFuzzled, a specific point we’d like to call-out, is we don’t sell ‘whole rooms’ – we sell spaces in rooms. So, for our double/twin room options, both you and your room-share partner must both register independently, and then set each other as ‘sharing partners’ in the registration system. Failure to do so could result in your lottery application being rejected. This only applies to double/twin room types.
We know you’ll be hungry for all the details, and we’ve now launched our new website, and here are the critical pages with full details on reg pricing, hotel choices and more:
So, what’s new for ConFuzzled 2027? Here are a few choice items,
- New hotel lineup
- New hotel pricing tiers
- Dealer exclusivity option
- An all new registration system
- Card payments!
New Hotel Lineup & pricing
This year, we’re pleased to announce our official residential lineup as the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, the Crowne Plaza, and the Holiday Inn. All three will be available as part of the official registration process!
Plus, big news! For the first time each hotel will have its own pricing tiers. Thus, the costs for Hilton & Crowne will be different for 2027 for the first time.
This means we can offer you more flexible pricing options for your room space at ConFuzzled. You’ll be able to make your choice when you submit your registration using our NEW reg system (more on this below).
For pricing and details see: RegistrationDealer Exclusivity
You asked, we’ve acted!
For dealers applying for a table, if you choose the Crowne Plaza as your preferred hotel, we’ll guarantee you a room space if you are approved for a table!
This only applies for Crowne Plaza. We hope this will offer more confidence for Dealers, as we know that applying for a table without certainty of a room can cause headaches for dealers relying on trading as a significant source of income.
During registration, simply make sure to leave Crowne Plaza room options selected, and placed as the priority preference (see below for details on our NEW registration system).

New Reg System & Card Payments
For many years, we’ve stuck with the same registration system, and it’s served us well (even if there had been a few… Incidents over the years of it crashing back before we used the lottery process!).
However, with the various options we have now for registration, we needed something more flexible, and our Devs have outdone themselves in putting together something new and shiny!
The all new registration system lays things out in a much easier to understand process, improves the mechanism for creating your room share, and makes it far easier to choose and specify your room type preferences for the lottery.
If you specify you’d like a residential registration (by enabling the accommodation dates you want), you’ll then get the option to enable/disable the various room types you want to be considered for in our hotels (including specifying single or double/twin, executive room types etc).
You must still make a choice between the occupancy type (single, or double/twin). These are different lotteries. Opting for a single room means you won’t be entered into the lottery for double/twin, and vice versa. As mentioned above, when choosing double/twin, both you and your partner must register, and must set each other as sharing to be properly entered into the lottery.
And yes, you read it right. We’ve finally found a way to bring back card payments!!
You’ll still be able to pay by bank transfer too if you prefer. As usual, if you don’t see a payment type to suit, you can always contact our registration team to get an alternative payment route sorted too.
